When importing products from Japan, taxes and duties may be charged in the country where you are delivered. These supplementary costs will be borne by the customer. Please refer to the official website of customs in your country.

- IV. Shipping and delivery
- 1. About shipping
Once the order is processed, most luggage will be shipped within 3 business days (it will take more time for orders across weekends or holidays). After your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including information such as the tracking number.
All products are shipped from Japan by Japan Post.
In general, we provide the following delivery options:
International parcel:It will be delivered to many areas within 5 to 15 business days.
EMS:It will be delivered to many areas within 2-5 business days.
Please note that "business days" do not include weekends and holidays.
The constraints of the evolution of COVID-19 may limit the delivery methods that can be temporarily used in some areas.

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the luggage and the selected delivery method.

- 3. Delivery issues
