Refund policy
We will not receive returns for your convenience. Please contact us by e -mail within 7 days after the product arrives. For all inquiries, please send e -mail to Hello@Suicgolf.com. Please specify the product to be returned and the reason. To handle returns, specify your name, e -mail address, order number, and returned items.
In the unlikely event that the product is damaged during delivery, please contact the customer service (Hello@suicgolf.com) and send the order number and send a detailed photo of the damage. You can cancel your order until you are shipped (please contact us as soon as possible).
We strive to guarantee that all product information is positive and perfect, and that photos clearly show the shape, color, and details of each product. Since your order will be shipped internationally, you will not be able to exchange products ordered by mistake by customer's mistakes, so please order carefully.
In all cases, please be aware that you will be responsible for paying customs fare and submission of any documents required by customs in your country. If you refuse to pay these taxes, your luggage will be returned to us. At that time, the shipping fee charged by the shipping company will be deducted from the shipping fee for the return to the Company, and then the order amount will be refunded. However, Express flights cannot be returned because the return fee is high (usually exceeds the order amount). In that case, the order is destroyed and the refund is not possible.
